Boreal Threadworks is a DBA of Northern Horizons Group LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect through borealthreadworks.com and how we use it.
What we collect
Information you send us through the quote form or email — such as your name, business, email, phone, order details and artwork. Our hosting and error-monitoring providers may also record basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, and error reports) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
To reply to your request, prepare quotes and proofs, fulfill and ship orders, provide customer service, run our referral program, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us operate — for example garment suppliers and decorators producing your order, shipping carriers, payment processors, and website hosting/monitoring providers — and only as needed to do that work, or when required by law.
Your artwork
Artwork you send is used only to produce your orders and is kept on file for reorders unless you ask us to delete it.
If we send you marketing email, every message includes a way to opt out.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
