What is your minimum order?
Our bulk orders start at 24 pieces per design. Mixed sizes count toward the total, and you can mix garments that share the same design for many orders — ask and we will confirm on your quote.
How much do custom shirts cost?
Garment pricing depends on the blank, quantity, number of colors or stitch count, and print locations, so every order gets a written quote. Price per piece generally drops at 48, 72 and 144 pieces. Request a quote and we will send exact numbers.
How do payments and deposits work?
Orders of $500 or more need a 50% deposit to start production, with the balance due before shipping. Orders under $500 are paid in full up front. Nothing goes to production until you approve a digital proof.
Screen print or embroidery — which should I choose?
Screen printing is best for tees, hoodies and larger designs, especially on bigger runs. Embroidery is best for polos, jackets, caps and beanies, and gives a premium, long-lasting finish. We will recommend the right method for each garment on your quote.
How long does an order take?
Turnaround depends on the garment, decoration and quantity, and the production clock starts after proof approval and deposit. Every quote includes an estimated ship date. If you have a hard deadline, put it on the quote form and we will tell you up front whether it is realistic. Rush options may be available.
Do you ship outside Alaska?
Yes. We are based in Alaska and ship orders anywhere in the United States.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (Illustrator .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg) are ideal. High-resolution PNGs can work too. If your logo needs cleanup or you are starting from scratch, our design packages start at $149.
Can you print a school, college or pro team logo?
No. We only reproduce logos you own or have written permission to use. We do not reproduce school, collegiate or other licensed marks.
Do you offer a referral reward?
Yes. When a business you refer places and pays for its first order, you earn a gift card or a larger order credit, based on the size of their order. See the Referral Program page for tiers.
